		<description>Business as usual is exactly the modus operandi of our government and the big business/banking entities supporting cap and trade legislation- it is all about the money. Another item of interest is the fact that all CO2 mitigation technology that is receiving the majority of government funding is &quot;sequestration&quot; which is the absolute cheapest way to provide lip service to the situation [that technology has been around for decades and requires zero innovation], while not really getting rid of the problem [i.e. the co2 still exists in storage...leakage? emissions created building this solution? metrics used to accurately guage how much is being removed?...among the few problems] - JDJ</description>
