Deregulated professionals in the form of social advocates, community based operations and faith based vanguards are all on the horizon lurking for the opportunity to fulfill contracts of fruits of evil proportion. Under the guise of reform and rehabilitation they all will come seeking funds and watering down the delivery of comprehensive services. Who will cry for the little boy as Antoine Fisher was quoted.
