No on Props 6 & 9, Communities for Safe Neighborhoods and Fiscal Responsibility, (votenoprop6.com and votenoprop9.com) respects each individual's right to personal privacy. This statement applies solely to information collected at our campaigns websites (votenoprop6.com and votenoprop9.com).
Part I. Information Collection
We collect certain personal information [name, street address, occupation and employer (or name of business, if self employed)] when you make a donation to No on Props 6 & 9 ,Communities for Safe Neighborhoods and Fiscal Responsibility. If you contribute $100 or more, or multiple contributions totaling $100 or more, we must disclose the personal information you provide on state campaign reports filed with the California Secretary of State and other filing officers. All contributions to No on Props 6 & 9, Communities for Safe Neighborhoods and Fiscal Responsibility are regulated by California State law.
Apart from disclosures required by law, Props 6 & 9, Communities for Safe Neighborhoods and Fiscal Responsibility, will not sell or disclose any personal information, including your name, address or email address with any other organization. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customers for campaign donations.
It is our general policy not to make any personal information [name, street address, occupation and employer (or name of business, if self employed)] available to anyone other than our employees, staff, and agents. We will never sell your information to third parties.
Part II. Information Usage
We log IP addresses, which are the locations of computers or networks on the Internet, and analyze them in order to improve the value of our site. We also collect aggregate numbers of page hits in order to track the popularity of certain pages and improve the value of our site. We do not gather, request, record, require, collect or track any Internet users' personal information through these processes.
No on Props 6 & 9 ,Communities for Safe Neighborhoods and Fiscal Responsibility, maintains multiple email lists to keep interested, eligible individuals informed about important topics, and individuals must affirmatively request to join them. In addition, throughout the campaign, we will not share the email addresses on our lists with outside organizations.

Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. Our site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13, and we have designed our site to block our knowing acceptance of information from children under 13 whenever age-related information is requested.
